Built on teamwork, discipline, and community pride, our mission is to develop young athletes both on and off the field. From our dedicated coaching staff to our enthusiastic cheer squads, we foster a positive and empowering environment where every child can thrive, learn, and grow.

FOOTBALL
The North Port football offers youth football and cheerleading for athletes ages 5 to 14. We have teams starting at 6U (flag football) and progressing through 8U, 10U, 12U, and 14U tackle football. Each level is designed to build skills, teamwork, and confidence in a fun, competitive, and age-appropriate environment.
No matter the age or experience level, there’s a place for every athlete in the Bobcat family!
CHEER
The North Port Junior Bobcats Cheerleading program empowers athletes to shine with spirit, strength, and teamwork. Open to ages 5–14, our squads cheer at youth football games and participate in local events, building confidence and leadership along the way.
Our cheerleaders learn age-appropriate skills in motion technique, chants, stunts, and performance—while forming friendships that last far beyond the season. Whether they’re on the sidelines or center stage, our cheerleaders bring the energy and heart of the Bobcat family!

About Our Coaches
Our coaching staff is dedicated to bringing a safe, positive, and supportive environment for all youth football and cheerleading athletes. Every coach with the North Port Junior Bobcats is Level 2 background screened, fingerprinted, and fully trained in concussion awareness and heat safety protocols.
We’re committed to teaching the game the right way—building character, confidence, and teamwork every step of the season.
